Sibusiso Tshabalala, founder of Berry Hill Trading, produces 100% organic charcoal, briquettes and braai lighters from invasive plant species. He employs more than 200 people who gather wood, much of which comes from alien vegetation, from the farms of 33 emerging farmers.
